Welcome to a taste of true pristine
paradise! The Bay Islands (Roatan, Guanaja and Utila) are located off the
northern coast of Honduras, nestled in the Caribbean.
Why Choose Roatan? Roatan is no longer that secret little island in the Caribbean.
Our island is experiencing its largest boom in commerce, construction and tourism.
Sitting on the largest natural reef system in North America and its proximity to
both the States, Roatan has become an excellent investment opportunity.

Where is it? Roatan is part
of the Bay Islands chain and located off the coast of Honduras either a one hour
ferry ride or 15 min flight from its international airport. We are only two hour
flight from Miami, Houston or Atlanta. Our International airport is currently being
serviced by airlines such as Continental, Delta and Taca. Charters from Italy and
Canada are operating once a week and soon from Spain.

Tourism it’s just starting! Carnival
and Royal Caribbean cruise lines both have added Roatan to its Caribbean destination
listing. The Royal Caribbean dock was inaugurated on January 2009, including
premier stores such as Diamond’s International, Tous and Duty Free America.
Carnival Cruise Line will finish its port at the end of 2009, to include two docks
and a shopping village located in one of the most beautiful coves on the island.
Roatan is also a part of the Bay Islands Free Tourist Zone.

Economic and tax benefits!
Pricing is still affordable on this pristine island. We enjoy low closing costs
(4.5%) and, on average, a $100 - $300 yearly property tax. Property values have increased
an average of 5% over the past years. To ensure your property, companies
such as American and Stewart Title can be acquired. Foreigners can purchase and
own ¾ of an acre. For foreigners that wish to purchase more, they must create
a Honduran corporation, a process that is non expensive ($1,200 - $1,800) and is
a fairly a simple transaction. Another benefit is that the capital gains tax is
only of 4%
